We realize that the process of planning an estate can be a complex and intimidating whether you have a small estate, are just appointing guardians for your children, planning for a child going off to college, concerned for a parent or spouse who will need to apply for Medicaid or your family has a many assets, you are a real estate developer, business person or a physician worried about lawsuits or your family just has multiple and complex financial issues.  The decisions involved are often emotional and difficult to make.  We want to help you work through this decision-making.  Our goal is to work with you to build an estate plan that is customized to your personal and family or business circumstances and that accomplishes your objectives in the priority that we mutually establish.

Estate Planning, Probate Attorney and Asset Protection

As a Board Certified Estate Planning and Probate attorney, the mother of 3 wonderful children (if I do say so myself) and one of 5 children in a large, extended wildly dysfunctional but high net worth family and a daughter and sister of entrepreneurs, I frequently call on my 26 years of legal and practical experience to make the estate planning process easy to understand, efficient and effective in irder to provide the most value and to acheive the goals you and your family have set. It is our practice to encourage you to involve your other trusted advisors such as your CPA and investment advisor in the planning process so that your plan considers all facets of your unique situation.

Our initial meeting is always complimentary and is an opportunity for you to explore the concerns and questions you may have about simple or complex wills, trusts, guardianships, medicaid, elder law, estate and gift taxation, probate, asset protection and estate or trust administrations and for us to get to know each other. Some of our favorite clients are women who need to be prepared and life partners who have to be concerned with the legal maze in order to accomplish their goals.

If you would like an appointment, our firm’s primary office is located in Lakeway, near Lake Travis, in Austin, Texas, but we have an office in North Austin and we frequently visit with our home bound clients in the privacy of their homes.
