Special Needs Planning

A child or family member with special needs deserves special planning.  If a child is not able to manage finances or an estate, a parent's only option is not to disinherit or to leave an inheritance to a sibling with the hopes that the child with special needs will be taken care of.  In fact, there are creative ways to make sure your child not only has funds to survive if you are gone, but you can do everything to ensure they live as independently and fully as possible.
