Legacy Plans with the Austin Estate Planning and Probate Attorney
We know and it is important to remember that laws change, families change, and decisions change due to unforeseeable circumstances. We realize that our clients will only have peace of mind if they know that their planning is and remains current. We also know that legal fees can quickly become very expensive. For these reasons, we offer a Family Legacy Plan. With this service, you are able to obtain ongoing legal services and advice to keep your plan current at a substantially reduced cost. Within the 3 levels of our Family Legacy Plans, you are able to choose the one that fits your family’s specific needs.
Level One - FAMILY LEGACY Plan $195.00/yr
In our Level One plan, you are automatically enrolled for the first year on us, but for the following years, we will review your estate plan with you annually to make sure that your estate plan keeps up with changes in your life and the law; and it offers:
- A complimentary estate plan review every year;
- Gives you online access to your health care directives – at any time of the day or night – for you and your doctor; providing 24-hour access to your health care directives through a secure website;
- Includes 1 hour complimentary legal work to make sure your plan still works for you;
- Includes "homework" assistance with beneficiary reviews and suggested changes;
- Puts you on our email list to receive our information-packed quarterly newsletter.
Level Two - FAMILY LEGACY Plan $295.00/yr
Clients desiring a more exclusive level of service are invited to join the Level Two FAMILY LEGACY Plan. The Level Two program includes everything in the Level One plan plus the following:
- 1 additional hour of complimentary legal work;
- If you have a trust, limited liability company or family limited partnership and you need to move into a new home or refinance your current home or property, we will prepare the deed to make sure your home gets put back into your trust (Texas property only). This deed will be complimentary (except for the filing fees);
- Attendance at all of the firm's workshops;
- 10% discount on estate planning services for family members.*
Level Three - FAMILY LEGACY Plan $395.00/yr
The Level Three FAMILY LEGACY Plan includes everything in the Level Two program plus the following:
- One complimentary Family Legacy session each year for you and / or your family. This session is an opportunity for you and your family to meet together to discuss issues important to you and to them. It allows our clients and opportunity to pass on their wealth AND their values;
- 1 additional hour of complimentary legal work;
- 15% discount on estate planning services for family members.*
